Free Shipping on Orders $150+
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping when your merchandise total reaches $150 or more, after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or while we are traveling for a boutique event may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Orders may be shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping requirements of your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier claim process.
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend first checking around the delivery location, checking with household members or neighbors, and contacting the carrier.
While we will gladly assist whenever possible, Boho Cowgirl from NJ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
